    Thank you for shopping with Shruve. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed on our website.


    1. Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 7-15 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
    • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.

    2. Shipping Locations

    We currently ship to:

    • All states within India
    • International shipping (if applicable) - please note that international customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

    3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service. Typical estimated delivery times:

    • Within India: 7-15 business days
    • International: 15-20 business days

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


    4. Shipping Rates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly mentioned on our website.


    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.


    6. Delivery Issues

    Delayed or Lost Shipments
    If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@shruve.com or +91 82694 94939. We will coordinate with the courier partner to assist in resolving the issue.

    Once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier, any delivery delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control. In such cases, customers are requested to directly contact the assigned delivery service using the tracking details provided.


    Incorrect or Incomplete Address
    Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Shruve is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


    Customer Unavailability / Failed Delivery Attempts
    If the customer is not available at the delivery address or fails to accept or pick up the order, Shruve will not be responsible for the return of the parcel to our facility.

    For re-scheduling delivery, customers must contact us. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempting shipment.


    Damaged Packages
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
    • A proper unboxing video

    We will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

     


    7. International Taxes & Duties

    If you are ordering from outside India, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


    8. Cancellation & Changes

    You may request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
